good dog and a full heart!
Outside of my work as a REALTOR® and as a partner in a local real estate firm in Central Louisiana, my life is full in the best way, filled with family, creativity, and the things that matter most.
I’m a proud mom of three children and a grandmother to ten amazing grandchildren, who lovingly call me “Honey.” Family is one of the greatest joys in my life.
I’m married to a wonderful husband, and we share life with our dog, Rip, who keeps things interesting and full of energy.
I also have a creative side that I absolutely love. I spend time in my she shed, lovingly named “Turning the Page,” where I create, write, and work on projects that bring me joy.
It’s a home office thoughtfully created by my husband, who continually finds ways to make me feel loved, supported, and inspired.
That space is more than just a place to work— it’s where ideas come to life.
And over time, those ideas grew into something more.
Today, I help leaders, teams, and organizations gain clarity and move forward with confidence.
I believe leadership shouldn’t feel confusing, and that clarity has the power to change everything.
For years, I’ve worked in leadership, organization, and systems, both in business and ministry. I’ve seen how quickly things can become unclear, overcomplicated, and misaligned… even with good people and good intentions.
And I’ve also seen what happens when clarity is present:
People gain confidence.
Teams move forward together.
Progress becomes consistent.
Over time, I began to recognize a pattern—a simple but powerful way of thinking that brought clarity, simplicity, and alignment into every environment I was part of.
